Week 45 recap:
Our last week’s watchlist line up was pretty strong, especially SHOP, MARA, TSLA and NVDA.
SHOP calls after earnings were a winner for me. My MARA calls made me some money too. I closed them right after I got my target. TSLA and NVDA downside trade was successful too. Overall, we finished the week green.
Bitcoin and other crypto are still hot even as of this writing. We are up in our crypto portfolio. Someone asked me if I am going to trim up some profits here so I just gave him my trading strategy in Bitcoin. You can read it here.
Our watchlist for this coming week – week 46 will be short and sweet. There’s 6 more weeks left before this year ends so let’s try to push ourselves a bit more as we slowly reach our goal.
Here is our watchlist for this week:
WMT – Walmart last Friday closed at 84.25. This stock is trading near it’’s 52 week high and I like to trade this to the downside. I think that 81 – 80 level will be tested again as this stock is being dumped by one of the largest big pension funds (New York State Teachers Retirement System). Let’s see how this stock trades on Tuesday.
LOW – Lowe’s Companies last Friday closed at 269.40. I will wait for the earnings report released here before I trade this stock. But if the premium of 255p 250p is within my risk appetite I will bet before the earnings release. My basis here was Home Depot price action last week.
NVDA – Nvidia Corporation last Friday closed at 141.98. This stock is the darling of Wall Street and I tell you this stock has been printing money ever since and that is; if you know what you are doing. That 150.00 is the psychological level because once that breaks – fomo kicks in again for those who have no long position.
I’ve been buying stocks in some of the companies that I am not mentioning here and sometimes I post my analysis on my TradingView platform. Feel free to view my trading ideas and analysis here at TradingView.
